BANANA CAKE.

Ingredients!

1 cup granulated sugar
4 tbsp sour cream
 1/2 cup butter
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda

Baking Directions!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs until ver light; add to butter/sugar mixture. Dissolve baking soda in sour cream, add to mixture, and beat well. WELL. Add bananas, flour baking powder, salt and vanilla, and mix well.
Pour into well-greased oblong loaf pan and bake until golden brow, and/or bake until a wooden pick or skewer inserted into center of loaf comes out clean, about 60 minutes. Let stand for at least 30 minutes before serving. Because that is how the lawyer does it in the kitchen!

I found the recipe in a Fred Flare booklet.
If the cake is nasty don't come crying to me.
It should be good.
It was when I made it.
Enjoy, you non-lazy people who will make this.

TWO THOUSAND ZERO ZERO PARTY OVER OOPS OUT OF TIME!

Unlike most people, I don't get excited about the new year.

The "new" year is never better, as everyone always says it is going to be. It's never really ever worse, either.

It's just a year people, stop reading into it, take it as it is: another year a live, period, that's it. WOO <---- sincere, woo.

There's nothing better than being alive, even when being alive sucks.

But, I'm not in vegetative state yet. I can't relate to that, forgive me.

So here you go, a poem I wrote earlier today, that's simply "unfooled around with", seriously, the way you see it is the way it popped out:

Ah! To play with your emotions,
makes for the better, bitter feeling
to know that I am trusted,
when I should not be trusted,
and then here now I'm trusted,
to tell you that it was all jest.

Blue mooooooon, I saw you standing aloooone...

I hate, despise, how teen magazines and those celebrity-obsessed magazines force trends down the general public's throat.

It is one thing to suggest, one thing to be all "hey look what we've noticed about the runways/on those famous people you're in love with", but not all...

HEY GIRLFRIENDS! 8D

OBSCURE-CELEBRITY NUMBER 34 and SOME-PERSON-FAMOUS-FOR-BEING-RICH-AND-SLUTTY HAVE BEEN SPOTTED WITH OMG THE SAME COLORED NAILS LOL SO *YOU* AND ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS AND EVERY OTHER HIP FEMALE SHOULD PAINT YOUR NAILS THE SAME COLOR AS THEIRS! OKAY NOW LET US ADVERTISE SOME POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS NAIL POLISHES FROM DOLLAR GENERAL AND DRUGSTORES YOU CAN WASTE MONEY ON! WOO!

Though, I am excited about Chanel Nail Color in Blue Satin, that's so uber-anticipated Googling is actually worth something (kidding, I love you Google). No seriously, it's beautiful that it -almost- makes me want to drop a jackson on it. :( Some will claim that it is on the Chanel site but I have yet to see it...so I suppose you can harass Sephora about it.

My dear animal companions.

Also known as my dear pets! I've just been thinking about them right now...

Sally Twotrees, my horse is so cuuuuute and wild. I love her, but boy is she a pain to play with, she doesn't know her own strength and she's always nibbling on people/things. Though she learns fast, mmhmm.

Duckiey McCoop, my little darling! My little duckypoo, I love him so! I watched him grow up into the duck that he is now in my arms. Though he often runs away from me, because he's well, a duck, when he does allow me to hold him it brings back old times from when he was still a duckling and I get all sentimental...

Gertrude, my super-duper awesome hen! She lays eggs daily much to my mother's happyness. She likes brown eggs, "makes better cakes" they do supposedly. Gertrude is mild-mannered and very matronly, she's a good hen.

Puu & Guu, the twin hens, very large, larger than Gertrude. Though they're adult by now, they still act like chicks, walking over everyone and everything. They're cute.

Petrie! He used to be my little darling, but now he's a vicious, violent rooster. I don't really bother him much anymore, he's so dangeresque...he and Gertrude are very much in love though.

Ike! The cockatiel. He's adorable and he sings sweetly and barks like a dog and and and and...he's such a smart bird. I'm sure he misses his companion Tina, she's passed on. I feel sorry for him being all alone in that cage. He's feisty, but I'd really miss him if he'd ever go away.

Danton Badger, my puppy wuppy. He's cute, adorable, fantastic, handsome, cute, cute...my puppy is the cutest blue heeler around. :3 I love him so, he's perfect and I couldn't wish for a better friend. He's really intelligent for a dog might I add, I can't even begin to tell all the things he's done so far at such an early age. *Claps.* Danton ftw.

Fuzziaussi is my kitten who looks just like the late Fuzzi. They have the same characteristics except that Fuzzi was more of a dog than an actual cat. Fuzziaussi enjoys drinking the horses' water. :(

Waldo! My newest kitten, he's the epitome of feisty. I think he needs time to become familiar with my family and I. He's very tiny might I add, he can sit on my hand. I found him behind the barn one day alone. I hope we'll become pal o' pals.

I miss the pets I no longer have, including a few of the dogs we raised for use on farms, or have given to family members, and my turtles...and my hermit crabs.

We never had fish, I suppose my family always thought it awkward to be such avid fishers and then have fish swimming around in a tank in the house. Needless to say, we haven't gone fishing in a long time. Nor hunting really...we've been very unstereotypically Texan. However, my did did buy a new Ugly Stick (fishing rod) a week or two ago so hopefully we'll head out to the catfish pond soon.

The Meaning of Christmas and What Not

I celebrate Christmas.

What Christmas means to me: "Lots". Christmas isn't about Santa Claus and snowmen and sales and gingerbread men. Actually, I hate Santa Claus, he draws attention from the point of Christmas: the birth of Jesus Christ. I mean, come on Christians of today, when was the last time you reminded your kid that Jesus died for them and that is why December 25th is important instead of "LOL MICHAEL JUNIOR IF YOU DO NOT MAKE YOUR BED YOU ARE NOT GETTING A SPIDERMAN ACTION FIGURE FOR CHRISTMAS AND THAT IS A PROMISE"? Tuh, it's kind of groce, but I'm only exaggerating by 2%, so it's even more groce then you perceived five seconds ago. Christmas, for is also the time of the year where I can remind everyone that matters to me how much I care about them by slaving away in the kitchen baking 72 homemade cookies and what not with chocolates in little baggies they go in. I love it, really. To me, it's the thought that counts. And for three years now I've either asked for $50 to donate to Save the Children as a gift for me, but last year I just saved up a bit of money and sent it off myself. This year I'm going to save some money until the end of May and then yeah, send that off. It makes me feel warm inside. I really do like being optimistic in reality, though I think pessimism is hilarious, so I often act pessimistic. I love the earth, and it's people, well at least the decent ones. Heh. :3

I updated the Anti-Boredom section. Now enjoy this Walt Whitman poem. Happy Holidays to everyone.

A Christmas Greeting

Welcome, Brazilian brother--thy ample place is ready;
A loving hand--a smile from the north--a sunny instant hall!
(Let the future care for itself, where it reveals its troubles,
impedimentas,
Ours, ours the present throe, the democratic aim, the acceptance and
the faith;)
To thee to-day our reaching arm, our turning neck--to thee from us
the expectant eye,
Thou cluster free! thou brilliant lustrous one! thou, learning well,
The true lesson of a nation's light in the sky,
(More shining than the Cross, more than the Crown,)
The height to be superb humanity.

--Walt Whitman

Conceited and not very well-supported argumentz. With a "Z"! ZING ZING

I wish there were no thugs/low-lifes in my country. All the excuses in the world, are not excuses good enough to justify how people, rather than attend school, get a diploma, attain a job...would rather hate the world, kill others, steal, do drugs all day, and blame their vices on a non-existing person aka The Man, who like to claim no one understands the "shit" they have to go through. Perhaps some don't understand your "shit" individiual thug from anywhere, because any "shit" you may have been born in, raised in is no longer present, you live within this own "shit" no one really can empathize with you for being in it because you *chose* to be in it. So, revel in their "shit" they do, and bitter they thrive, popping out innocent children, creating more thugs. Well, I hope this isn't totally true. I wish there weren't people, who, are not a part of this thug reaching, but yet they glorify it. Like, most of the rappers, but not only even them, though yes, I speak of them especially. I would ask you if you could blame me, but I honestly don't care about that answer. The musicians preaching hate, anarchy, archaic, out-dated thoughts and beliefs. Yick. The whole attitude of the culture of it all. It's not the music even, not even the fashion, the dialects, the slang. It's the message. The, attitude, again. It makes me angry. But not angry enough to do anything about it. It may seem terrible, but, I think that it is fruitless and try and change them, these privileged people, who are given a free education and "all this other free stuff" that other people, less fortunate in the world would respect more than they, these privileged people, these thugs, these filth--yep, filth--will hopefully, all end up in prison, and hopefully their legacy of filth will die with them. I'm a Christian and all, and I should pray for them, but I honestly feel their are people more worthy of our prayers. Does the president of this country every pray for them? Does he hope that they will shape up?  Contribute to society? Tuh. I'll just turn on Maury and see them everyday. Thugs of all colors, all genders, *mooching* off of those that, will all their flaws, do something for this country, this world. Who, at the end of the day may have their moral slip ups, but are still good people, good members of society. I'm judging as if I'm perfect it may seem, but of course you know I'm not. I know I'm not. However, so far, I have not killed anyone. I have not done drugs. I've not had an unplanned pregnancy (I care about the world's increasing population and its strain on the earth's resources mmk?). I don't glorify sexism, racism, or prejudice of any sort. I'm in school. I'm not a drop-out living off of my mother and/or taxpayer's money. I don't steal. I don't commit any real crime. Yeah, I may curse now and then. I may talk defecations. I may even gossip (THE HORROR)...but you know, compare that to what these thugs do and there you have an LOL. Why can't the intelligent be intelligent always?

Venting. Bleh, you could go on and on,on that subject. Low rant. Bleh, you could go on and on, on that subject. Wow that comma shouldn't really be there. Now I'm scared a low-life is going to read this and hunt me down, shoot me. <--- Wow, that's great humor. Wow, I'm saying wow a lot. Does that mean if someone Googles WoW this will show up? Subliminalish messages-ish for the win-ish!

I'm a nerd...and too lazy to check spelling errors! Gosh I'm in a good mood. Watch someone ruin it. Wow, that's...dire...

"I don't read, I just guess."

Where to Find Winter Coats When that Enormous Purple Zac Posen or Whomever (McQueen? *Cough*) Anorak Is Out of the Question of Your Purse

Twelve by Twelve. Although F21 a la Regular is FRIGHTENING when it comes to Outerwear (baby, don't even dare look there), its "high-end" [insert conceited chuckle here] BBF of a site does better, actually. In fact, I'd have an affair with a few of those coats sans itching from acrylic later on. My, aka your, best bet is the Metallic Couture Coat, that sweet thing is too cute. If you don't agree, then you obviously don't know a thing about under-four-jacksons. You are full of frunz.

La Redoute. If you're into waiting around for expeenseeve jackets and what not to go on sale, this is your dog Mr. Whiskers. This is for the mothers, or the mother in all of us. I don't think I'd buy anything other than a belt or handbag from this place until I hit 30+, but that's not a bad thing, it's just that, I don't like looking like an adult just yet. I know my time will come! Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, New York & Co. here I coooome.

Metamorphose temps de fille. Did you really think I could leave my darling out? Pfft! Well, I'm not into looking like a spray-painted pink/red/white/whateverger rabbit, I know some lolitas out there are. Whereas I'd settle for a simple jumper from Meta, some girls like to hit the  park(a). Animal-lovers beware, they's fur be real. And shame on anyone for buying the coats with fur! I smite thee. However, I dig the Frill Coat with Cape and School Jacket '07, that thing is boss.

Urban Outfitters. This is what happens when a girl wants to save money, and actually keep warm during the winter: she skips over to UO. Unlike, F21 Jacket (like I said stay away fly to 12x12!) which *looks* warm and costs $2, you won't freeze to death upon stepping outside mid-January. My sugar the Kimchi & Blue Ruffle Collar Coat in Deep Plum or whatever they're calling purple these days, I desperately want, but hey, I'm not into that kind of wealth, riches. Good thing UO has something for everyone, from the Limited Too floor girl to the hipster little princess of a CEO.

YesStyle. YesAsia's capitalist big sister (YesAsia being the place where you can get everything Asian and entertainment related for cheaper than some of it's competitors, I approve of their CD collection. Read: Plastic Tree albums owned, purchased from YA), it makes you drool, really. It makes you think out loud "THAT ONLY COSTS AS MUCH AS JUMBO SIZE BAG OF DORITO'S?!! CAN IT BE DIET TIEM NAO?!" And now you're confused. On with the coats. Their outerwear encompasses all price ranges and all sorts of personal styles and the quality looks trustworthy. If I had a bigger paycheck, this site would probably make me go prematurely bankrupt without having an actual bank account nor credit while simultaneously giving me bunions and corns on my feet (did I fail to mention their shoes are boss but run small? I'm a size 9/10, yeah, Asia doesn't love us my long-toed sisters). The DONDA and Zina Style brands seem to have their coats on lock and uberly adorable, sophisticated. Though my favorite coat from this store is Peach Girl 3 Type Wool Coat in Purple. I think I'm in love.

P.S. I bought Kala (M.I.A.) and What's the Time Mr. Wolf (Noisettes) and some George Strait too so I could get rid of those cassettes (read: give to bro). Kala is delicious, har har I love the inserts. I was glad Saleisha won ANTM. Now, I want ANTM to go off-air, seriously, it's getting sort of trite to have so many "next top models". I like Jezebel. Epic lulz and actually useful, thought-provoking posts. Delicious! Har har! Now I'm all over the sacks of Vivienne Westwood and Mrs. Obama, respectively. I bought a Threadless tee while they were on sale for $10, moar deliciousness. I'm glad Urban Outfitters is back up so I can look for a winter coat now that I got my monetary Christmas present from my awesome grandparents!

Do you remember Res?

I do!

I loved They-Say Vision when if first came out, and then I saw the video...once. Afterwards, I sort of forgot about it, being that I didn't even know her name or the song title.

However I stumbled upon this article: Anti-Divas @ PopMatters.

And apparently Res is "alternative R&B"...lulz! Capitalism, at times like these, make me sad. It also reminds me of Carl Mooney, amirite (?) from Chappelle's show saying how "they" can never let "us" (Black-Americans) have "too much fun". Moar lulz.

If you're more interested in the contents of the article, you should try out The Noisettes, The Go! Team, or Lions At Your Door. Heck, give Fefe Dobson another look. Or Jada Pinkett Smith's band Wicked Wisdom. *Shrug.* 'Cause remember, the lists are non-exhaustive. *Nods.*
